Did You Know? The government is taking an integrated approach to developing the province's tourism industry through bringing together key components such as parks, sport, culture and heritage. What's New Saskatchewan Roughrider Gene Makowsky has presented Premier Brad Wall with his final report on minor football in Saskatchewan (see News Release). The project examines the current state of the sport, identifies barriers to participation, and makes a variety of recommendations to overcome these barriers. Reflections: A 30 Year Summary of Cultural Policy Discussions in Saskatchewan, released as part of the initial consultation stage, brings together the past three decades of reviews, surveys, needs assessments and advice provided to government, both from within government and from the cultural community.
