The Ministry of Tourism, Parks, Culture and Sport has committed $100 million to address regional, cultural and recreational infrastructure needs, supporting the government's commitment to make life better for Saskatchewan families and build a better future for young people.

The deadline for submissions to the Building Communities Program was April 30, 2008.  Submissions received by April 30, 2008, are now being reviewed.  Announcements regarding successful projects are expected to occur by July 31, 2008.
